If you already have a design, we’ll refine it for manufacturability and performance. If you’re starting from scratch, we can help shape the concept into something that works both structurally and commercially.

We also support prototyping at very low volumes, including single-unit production. This allows you to test shapes in real climbing environments before committing to a full run.

All prototypes are tested against relevant requirements, including EN 12572-3 standards, so you’re not guessing whether the hold will perform and you’re validating it properly.

The key here is that prototyping isn’t treated as a separate process. It’s built into how we manufacture, which makes it faster and more practical to iterate.
