How consistent are holds across production batches?

Our production process is designed to ensure the 1000th hold is the same as the first.

One of the key ways we achieve this is by replacing moulds every 20 pulls, before they have a chance to degrade. Many manufacturers push moulds far beyond this point, which leads to inconsistencies in shape and texture over time.

We also run multiple quality control checks throughout production: after demoulding, after texturing, and after paint curing. This makes sure we catch any variation early.

Because we don’t use fillers in our resin, we also avoid inconsistencies in material composition that can affect strength and finish.

The result is a highly repeatable product, which is critical if you’re producing sets at scale or supplying distributors who expect uniformity across batches.
