What safety mechanisms are built into the climbing walls adjustable system?
We build multiple layers of safety into the system, including mechanical locks, emergency stops, physical catch systems, and hydraulic redundancy.
When you adjust the wall, it doesn’t rely on a single system to stay in position. Mechanical locking points secure the wall at your chosen angle, preventing movement once it’s set. On top of that, we include a physical catch system designed to stop the wall if anything goes wrong during adjustment.
For hydraulic and linear actuator setups, we use dual systems with redundancy, meaning there isn’t a single point of failure. The oil-based hydraulics also come with built-in safety features from the manufacturer.
We also include an emergency stop function, allowing you to immediately halt movement if needed.
All of this is designed to ensure that even in a failure scenario, the wall remains stable and controlled. Safety isn’t handled by one feature, we layered it across the entire system.
