Built with dual-density PU foam, the matting uses a 35-30kg/m³ top layer and 25-20kg/m³ bottom layer to balance landing feel, impact absorption and long-term use. The top layer provides firmer support for repeated traffic and landings, while the lower-density base layer helps absorb fall energy through the matting system.
Each mat is finished with a heavy-duty canvas protective layer, light grey carpet top, reinforced stitching, Velcro connections and clean seam details. Matting is available in 30cm and 40cm thickness options depending on wall height, fall zone requirements and project specification.
